The Heatherbrae Bypass Project includes a five-kilometre dual carriageway motorway link between Tomago and the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace, an interchange at Raymond Terrace and involves construction of a bridge over the M1 mainline at Masonite Road, a bridge over Windeyers Creek and a bridge over the motorway for the off-ramp at Raymond Terrace.

Our scope of work:

• Geotechnical investigation covering 40 boreholes drilled up to 75m below ground
  surface, 50 piezocone penetration tests, 30 test pits and 10 pavement cores.
• Geotechnical instrumentation incorporating the installation of PVC standpipe
  piezometers, vibrating wire piezometers and inclinometers as well as extensometers
